It’s time again for another volume of the ‘Best of DomainTools Support’. Per usual, we had some goodies come in over the past few months.
For those of you who are newly discovering these ‘Best of DomainTools Support’ posts, here is some background:
DomainTools Support receives a wide variety of inquiries — from appropriate account-related questions to inquiries that are not so much related to DomainTools. Please note that we are not making light of these inquiries, but we do find them entertaining and thought you may as well. We still respond to each of these comments and questions, and offer a more appropriate point of contact.
These are real Support tickets that came through our queue, typos and everything (occasionally we’ll even get some confused inquiries from people via direct mail, which is the case of the photo featured in this blog article!). Note that if private information was shared with DomainTools via the inquiry, we left that out for privacy purposes. Needless to say, it’s been interesting to see what might pop into our inbox from day to day.
Yesterday the technician set up my monitoring of my solar power system. I
was logged on and observed the production of KW.
Today I could not logon. The system does not recognize either my email
address or my password.

January 26th, 2012 I bought a Monster HDMI cable from a Target Store in El Cajon, California.
I moved the TV and removed the HDMI to set it up in another location. The end of the HDMI cable that was in the cable box released without the metal connector, I had to take tweesers to get in out. The cable detached itself for the end connector.
Do I need to email you the receipt? Do you send me a return box? This cable has a lifetime warrenty.
Thank you so much for your assistance in advanced,
