Now, the fastest Whois search engine tool on the Internet is available for your iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch.
- Do a quick query of a domain name to retrieve the most recent Whois record from DomainTools.com
. - Check out the most recent Thumbnail image of the domain names’ homepage.
- Find available names in other gTLD or ccTLD extensions and order them directly from your iPhone or iPad.
All of this in one convenient app! Go to the iTunes Store to download the DomainTools app.
Stay tuned: we have lots of great ideas and we’ll be adding them to the app in later versions.
Of course, feedback and suggestions on other DomainTools products or services you would like to see included are welcome. We’ll review all the comments to this post and we will discuss your feature requests as we plan the next version.

Really, is there any need for these apps on your phone?
can’t you wait until you get home/to the office to use a proper computer?
I had an iPhone for 18 months, couldn’t wait for the contract to expire so I could get rid, what a ridiculous waste of money.
Put your toys away, concentrate on work during work time, and have twice as much time to play when you finish work so much earlier.
After ten years of always having the best mobile on the market I’ve just bought the simplest mobile on the market. I haven’t transfered any contacts from my iPhone, and I’m saving loads of time and money.
